SERVICE GUIDELINES
SERVICE POLICY- All services and products at Mod Squad
Salon are guaranteed. We will gladly exchange or issue a credit for any
unused merchandise. Additionally, our salon provides a one week service
adjustment period to ensure complete client satisfaction.
RESCHEDULING POLICY- For your convenience, it is our
pleasure to offer our clients walk-in appointments as well as
appointments by reservation. To ensure optimal appointment availability
for our clients, it is our policy that we kindly request a 24 hour
rescheduling notice. All no-show appointments that are cancelled or
rescheduled in less than 24 hours will be charged 50% of their services
missed. Some appointments may need to be guaranteed in advance by credit
card. Cancellations made with less than a 24 hour notice are
non-refundable.
PLEASE KEEP IN MIND- It is our intention to keep our
appointments timely. Due to the nature of our business, appointments are
guidelines and your patience is greatly appreciated. We ask that you
allow for enough time for stylish, cutting edge, technical work to be
performed by our staff as we assure service will never be rushed.
MULTIPLE TALENTS- You will find we are a professional
beauty team. We welcome our clients to work with all members of our
staff. If you would like another point of view or find it more
convenient for you to work with another team member, please feel free to
use all of our talents here at Mod Squad Salon.
