All services and products at Mod Squad Salon are guaranteed. We will gladly exchange or issue a credit for any unused merchandise. Additionally, our salon provides a one week service adjustment period to ensure complete client satisfaction.
For your convenience, it is our pleasure to offer our clients walk-in appointments as well as appointments by reservation. To ensure optimal appointment availability for our clients, it is our policy that we kindly request a 24 hour rescheduling notice. All no-show appointments that are cancelled or rescheduled in less than 24 hours will be charged 50 percent of their services missed. Some appointments may need to be guaranteed in advance by credit card. Cancellations made with less than a 24 hour notice are non-refundable.

All prices are starting prices and may vary by stylist/technician. Prices are subject to increase based upon product usage and hair length.
Gratuities should be given to your technician by cash, however, they may be added to your bill at check out by the receptionist per your request.
